Do you ever have a day where you just want to share a positive on your weight loss journey with others? I look to this forum for support, guidance, ideas and of course all the chicks Today I went shopping for a dress for a wedding on Saturday. I know nothing like waiting for the last minute. Well it was a pleasant surprise to find the 10s and 8s too big. I bought a very traditional classic styled dress in a size 6!!! I was shocked it fit! Granted I know I am not a size 6 ever in pants (well maybe panties). I will celebrate this accomplishment as I did the work to get here. Now I just need to keep working on staying here.

What are some of your celebrations? Getting though a tough work out? Running a 5k? Skippingbthe office birthday cake? Feel free to share, I'm sure others would like to hear too

I have run 3 full marathons since losing 100 lbs and I am currently training for my 4th. I am very proud of that.

Wow, that's BIG, Jennifer! Congratulations!

I drive past an ice cream shoppe every day that makes homemade ice cream in exotic flavors and it had become an almost every day event to stop with the girls and get a scoop of my favorite flavor, avocado. But I'm happy to report that for the last 2 weeks I've been able to drive right on by without stopping in.

Wow training for your 4th marathon that is an incredible accomplishment. Maintaining for over a year too!!!

Small victories, but I'm proud to say that in the slightly-over-a-month I've been on, I have not eaten anything off plan. And I've even cooked a few things for the boys that I cannot eat.

Today's success so far worked out before going to a wedding. Now I won't feel so guilty if I have a piece of cake.
