Trying it again

  • I had some success with South Beach in 2005 and I'm back now 7 years and several pounds later.

I've been on Phase 1 since August 1st and am down about 10 pounds.

I live in the rural Midwest and had a question, are the rest of you finding a shortage of sugar free items available?

During my last go round, one of the best treats was a sugar free fudgesicle, but I've checked multiple stores and can only find no sugar added which are loaded with carbs.

I did find sugar free popsicles, so the technology still exists.
  • Hi and welcome back. Many stores will special order items if you ask at customer service. I live in the north east and can usually find what I am looking for. I have never been a fudge or Popsicle fan. I enjoy LF ricotta with sliced almonds, vanilla, cocoa powder and strawberries for my sweet treat. I hope you find what you are looking for.
  • Welcome back! The no-sugar-added Popsicles are the ones we're supposed to be eating, not the sugar free ones. If I remember correctly, the sugar free ones have a lot of additives that we should be avoiding.

    Good luck!
  • fudgesicles include dairy so are always no sugar added not sugar free
