  • Just woke up at 3:15pm. It was a loooong 26-hour shift yesterday but the vending machine garbage food wasn't too enticing, and beside the dark choco dipped orange slice, I was totally on plan.

    Supper: Went out before grocery shopping as there was almost no food in the house: 3 thai chicken drummets and a chicken breast with goat cheese, bok choy, and chickpeas

    Ex: 50 minute bike ride, 45 minute walk

    L: Salad topped with buffalo chicken breast and buttermilk feta dressing
    Sn: 2 pieces of cheese
    S: Asian pork & cabbage casserole
    Sn: SF fudgesicle, SF jello, Babybel, SBD chocolate cake

    Kinda snack-happy again today :S

    B: mini green monster, almonds, freeze-dried banana and strawberry
    L: tuna salad sandwich on high-fiber bread, with tomato and spinnach
    D: Cranberry chicken & spinach salad with walnuts, tomatoes, tiny bit of goat cheese, and balsalmic
    S: SBD "choc cake" (egg/cocoa mix) with lite cool whip
    Water: over 10 cups
    Exercise: 1/2 mile walk and jog + abs workout

    L: chicken sausage with peppers & onions
    S: light yogurt
    D: @Famous Daves Wings - salad with chicken

    Not quite enough veggies today, but decent considering I was running around like a mad woman all day.

    Wt: 171.2 -- guess I won't be seeing the 160s this week. This probably has much to do with my excess snacking though it was OP and I was always under 1400 cals. Oh well... I'll just have to push extra-hard next week!!

    L: My attending is taking us to Earls for lunch. I'm gonna have a spinach salad with chicken and goat cheese.
    S: Lasagna stuffed bell peppers are in the slow cooker

  • Well last night was far from perfect. I was thrown a surprise party complete with all sorts of bad food. Scale is, of course, up today and I'm a bit hungover I think I'll extend P1 by an extra few days before transitioning just to be sure my cravings are all gone since I wasn't totally clean for the first 14.
