B: 1 egg with cheese, turkey sausage patty, V8, coffee S: baby bell lite cheese, cucumber and bell peppers L: salad with chickpeas, egg, blue cheese, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, carrots D: Salad and 1/3 Kashi Pizza D: fruit salad |
yoghurt with a spoonful of agave
salad ,ham,hard boiled egg, lite mozzerella and a tbsp peanut butter sugar free jello steak salad strawberries topped with low fat whipped topping |
yoghurt and teasp agave
leftover chilli sugar free jello pollock fillets with asian sauce ( garlic chilli soy sauce ginger rice vinegar rice wine) salad couple of strawberries , blueberries |
Last night I had a Garden burger over sauteed chard. This evening I'm planning a quinoa and brown rice pilaf over a bed of more sauteed chard and carmelized vidalia onions.
