3 weeks and 13lbs.

  • It's been almost 3 weeks of Phase 1 (I went longer because week two I didn't go off plan in terms of food, but I ate way too much, and not the greatest choice. ...basically SBD junk food) and I'l down a little over 13lbs. Which is great, but whats better is that I am enjoying this diet. I like not having to think about calories, being able to eat when I want, and not having that sinking feeling when I know I've hit my calorie intake limit for the day and yet I'm dying for more. I'm really liking this SBD thing. How about you?
  • Great Job!!! 13 pounds lost is awesome!! And...you've already lost 100 before that!! sheesh....you go girl!

    I love SBD for the same reason as you....no counting...I hate counting calories, fat, protein, whatever. Such a pain. Just eat on plan and within reason and you're good to go.

  • Sounds like you are doing real good. And I agree, SB is easy to live with, I almost forget that I am doing it!
  • I love this diet too. I can't believe the difference in the way I feel! I'm never hungry, and never uncomfortably full. I have more energy, and I sleep well at night. It is perfect for me.
  • congrats!! It is great for me too, with no counting. The only measuring I do is the olive oil I cook in, and my 1 TBSP of crunchy natural peanut butter snack. SB is great!!

  • Congrats! That's awesome. I think my fav part is that after a few days on it I don't feel bloated at all, and my pants fit nicer. It's def nice to results so quick, that part is important for me, and I think for alot of people, to give them that motivation to keep going
