Me too!
So I did!
I made coffee ice cream... I halved the recipe, but bumped up the amount of instant coffee
3.5 cups light cream, 2 Tbsp instant coffee, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup splenda
Sugar free but it is VERY HIGH IN FAT! My "plan" is to use a scoop at a time and blend with milk/almond milk to make frappes and hopefully it will last me over a week to spread out the fat. But it turned out sooooo good that it will be very hard to not eat it all tonight! I think my next venture will have to be frozen yogurt!
