5: either yogurt with cinnamon or a fudgesicle

1: iced coffee w lt cream & splenda, scrambled eggs (added some greek yogurt when beating the eggs) w basil and cheddar, lightly sauteed zucchini/tomato/basil
2: chicken sausage w greek salad and tzatziki
3: chocolate pudding (made w avocados!) and pb
4: if needed- refried beans w cheese and hot sauce
sophie, it is a diuretic, so you're probably not retaining water BUT, your body does probably have more liquid in it than usual. I find that I'm up in the morning if I drink a lot of water before bed as well.
