I'm Obsessed

  • So I just went to lunch and I had this asian slaw at TGIFridays. Iceburg, red cabbage and this cucumber wasabi ranch dressing, O M G! Looked up the recipe and it all looks sb approved and I'm gonna make it and use Light ranch! I'm thinking to mix that up and serve it with some grilled chicken and maybe throw in some sesame seeds, YUMMO!

    FOR THE WASABI CUCUMBER RANCH DIP:
    1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing (Hidden Valley is best)
    1/4 cup cucumbers, peeled, seeded, minced
    1 tablespoon milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon wasabi powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • I love slaw or cabbage in any form, too. It feels like a decadant treat! At my grocery store, they have a package of pre-shredded broccoli cabbage. So good and crunchy.

    I feel the same way about brussels sprouts in balsalmic vinegar and broccoli in pesto. Yum yum, veggie love!
