Gosh I was doing so well. Then over the weekend I had chinese food, fried chicken, birthday cake and Mon & Tues halloween candy.
Went back to the drawing board of phase 1 today and while I'm definitely not hungry my cravings are off the charts. I really am finding myself wanting sweets. Ugh what gets you guys over the gotta have something sweet hump? Jello? HELP!!!!
