Default Oh no! I bought No Sugar Added Fudgesicles!

Are these ok in Phase 1?? What's the difference between them and sugar free?

Just look at the ingredients list and see if it has anything in it that's not on Ph1.

If it were me I'd stay away from them while on Ph1. The purpose of Ph1 is to get your body detoxed from sugar, & bad carbs. For me if I ate something like that even if it was sugar free, I'd end up wanting to binge on something carby.

Here's a link http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/sbd-...ay-2008-a.html which you can find up above in the stickies of our forum-Frequently Asked Questions.

NSA Fudgesicles are OK for P1. It's is certainly a matter of personal preference, and I agree with hpnodat that there are certainly some ingredients which sound unappealing. I was one who did enjoy them for quite awhile after starting SBD, but I haven't bought any for awhile now.

ETA-Some beachers DO find that eating something sweet does induce a craving for something else while others don't.

If they are made with milk the sugar is from that and allowed. Dairy products are always no sugar added rather than sugar free. They should be fine for Phase 1
