I feel like I wasted so much time trying the other but I'm so happy I found SB! I like to post this so if there are others who have the same issues they can try other things. FOr example, I think my body just needed different nutritents to function. I have gone from under 25 g of carb to just about 100 g a day (I know we dont count carbs) but obviously my body needed this. I have soooo much more energy now and feel fabulous. This in turn helps me really put my all into work out etc. I've been having tons of veggies and not worrying anymore about carb counts, beans, 1/2 cup of Quinoa, almond milk - this is stuff that is all good for you!! Wow, my body is VERY happy and so am I. I just had to listen to it
