Oohh!! Me too! I need some serious motivation - I reckon a lot of my weight gain since I last 'properly' did SB is lack of cardio. I walk everywhere and do about 2 miles a day (more if I'm at work and recruiting) but nothing that gets my heart pumping. So my target is going to be 3 x 20mins sessions on my Wii a week - I have the zumba game & Just Dance 2; it's great to dance around like a crazy person with the kids. I also want to do 3 x 20 mins sessions a week of yoga to improve tone. Since getting Sky we get tonnes of weird channels, and there's at least 2 which are 24 hour yoga so I've no excuse!
OK... I'm in... my goal is going to look pretty wimpy compared to some of you, but it's an improvement for me since I just started moving a few weeks ago.

The heat and a very hectic work schedule got me in July...got me good. Going to be a little "less optimistic" in August, especially since we're supposed to have temps the first week ranging between 105 and 110. Fall, please hurry up...
