The heat killed me in July so it's a back on track month for me.

Goal: 1500 minutes
Mini goals - weights 3x/week, hoop 3x/week

Oohh!! Me too! I need some serious motivation - I reckon a lot of my weight gain since I last 'properly' did SB is lack of cardio. I walk everywhere and do about 2 miles a day (more if I'm at work and recruiting) but nothing that gets my heart pumping. So my target is going to be 3 x 20mins sessions on my Wii a week - I have the zumba game & Just Dance 2; it's great to dance around like a crazy person with the kids. I also want to do 3 x 20 mins sessions a week of yoga to improve tone. Since getting Sky we get tonnes of weird channels, and there's at least 2 which are 24 hour yoga so I've no excuse!

I am starting C25K this week! I want to do a 5k at the end of October so this is a good place to keep myself accountable!

Week one: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. 5 min cool down Extra Workouts

I have made a goal of 1000 the past 2 months and have not made it! I started up roller derby again so that should get my butt going! I'm going to amp it up to 1200 minutes to motivate myself!

With my schooling ALMOST done, I am going to hop on the bandwagon. I have a lot going on in August including moving and travel but I can and will work around it!

Goal: 500 minutes (15-20/day)

August 1: 35 min. (cleaning lawn, outdoor furniture and grill)
August 2: 0 min.
August 3: 30 min. (wii fit)
August 4: 15 minute walk
August 5: 0 min.
August 6: 0 min.
