How much bean brownies can one eat in a day, on phase 1?

It's Kara's Recipe btw.

I believe one serving as it's considered sweets - which are under 50 cals a day (cocoa and agave/splenda). I haven't looked at the recipe in a while though so my fellow chickies can chime in!

In the updated foods list, you may have 75 - 100 calories a day as your sweet treat. I'm not sure of calories per serving of the bean brownies, but I would only have 1 reasonably sized serving a day.
