my martini and shrimp last night caused a small gain this morning. going to run a bit before my strength training class to hopefully shed that water weight. my family and I are having lunch with a few of my husband's professors and the local district attorney today...we're going to a little cajun restaurant...i'm hoping they have some lettuce.
P2 1: greek yogurt w/ raspberries 2: had a salad and a cup of seafood bisque. 3: spinach salad with strawberries and blueberries exercise: 60 min. strength training, 2 miles on the treadmill |
Back to normal routine yeay!

I've never tried grilling broccoli! Do you precook or just put it on raw?

well yesterday didn't go exactly as planned, but back to normal today

Feeling good, weight finally went below last weeks WI this morning since my bad WI after vaca... Yeay for green stuff!
