  • Weekends are hard on phase one!!! We had company and when they busted out the wine I almost caved. But, I didn't! Yay! I did eat too much of the veggie, cheese, hummus tray to compensate. At least it was approved foods right? Glad Saturday is over though!

    B: eggs, one small turkey sausage link
    S: 1% latte
    L: Chicken salad on top of spinach
    S: pistachios, cucumbers/peppers
    D: smoked chicken breast, roasted broccoli, spinach salad
    S: 1% milk w splenda/almond extract (so good!)

    l: grilled chicken quesedilla on WW tortilla (maybe it will satiate my cheese fetish?) with guac and salsa
    s: cheese and a plum
    d: gazpacho and grilled shrimp
    d: nsa ice cream
  • 1: 2 eggs , LC cheese, nf latte
    2: cottage cheese, plum, raw zuc, pepper, ss peas
    3: deli turkey, chedder roll up, more ss
    4: grilled salmon, tofu, edamame, broc, 1/2 ear of corn
    5: dark chocolate and a glass of red wine

    exercise: 50 minutes cycle

    2: 2 hb eggs, cottage cheese, coconut water
    3: pizza and ice cream
    4: grilled steak with zucchini pizzas

    A few days of phase 1 may be in my future...
