S: Green tea 1/4 green bell pepper 1/4 cup hummus |

Phase 1.5 - I am now eating just one grain serving per week. that gives me a little flexibility for days when the only thing that fits in my schedule may be a ww wrap but is low enough that it isn't affecting my weight loss, joints or hot flashes. The tweaking never ends :)
B: fridge clean out - grilled squash with lemon basil pesto & Gimme Lean sausage scrambled with one egg with chia and topped with rf provolone. Weird but it worked L: daikon noodle pad thai with tofu S: raw veggies from stand, a peach from the farm (or plums!) D: grill night courtesy of this week's CSA share - fennel, Japanese eggplant, chiogga beets, peppers all served with thai basil pesto, grilled tuna for me, veggie sausages for DW wine exercise: mowing the evil lawn, weights and/or hoop |

Phase II
B. Smoothie made with cherries, yogurt and ground flax S. before funeral - 1 oz. cheddar, V8 L. post funeral - will try to stick with veggies and dip plus a decent tiny sandwich or two, no sweets D. Birthday Party BBQ in the Meadow - 1 serving of whatever meat or chicken is good, salad, no dessert - once again I am using my resistance muscle for my own rum cake |

B: 3 eggs w/2 turkey sausage links & laughing cow cheese L/D: sushi out with my son...I know, I know...bad girl...ugh! |
1: coffee w splenda and 1% milk, 2 egg omelet w basil and dubliner cheese
2: pb & mixed berry smoothie w chia seeds 3: refried black beans on mixed lettuces, topped w mozz and hot sauce 4: waaaay off plan.... went to a brewfest at the local zoo... |

bad eating day today (and last night - cheese monster and too much of it)!!! nothing too off plan but meh...

B: chia pancake with chard, cheese & salsa (this is my current favorite breakfast) L: not sure, we will be on the road. Either a salad or some veggies & hummus S: fresh fruit, maybe a peach and an apple D: sauteed Italian peppers, sweet onions & veggie sausage wine exercise - some walking if the rain holds off, hooping, weights |

B. smoothie - milk, cottage cheese, strawberries, ground flax and spinach L. large salad with protein embellishments - probably HB egg and/or chick peas, yogurt D. Salsa chicken breast, yellow beans, chard, some cherries |

kind of hung over, so a bit of a hodgepodge kind of day. i also scheduled a mass freezer cooking day for today...brilliant. 1: massive amounts of coffee 2: scrambled eggs with spinach 3: cherries 4: green monster 5: quinoa w/ white beans, turkey bacon, spinach, caramelized onions, mushrooms and a bit of bleu cheese exercise: house cleaning and maybe a walk or bike ride |
