Hi everyone,
I'm back on the forum and the Beach after a long absence - I lost about 40lbs first time round on the SBD, and then let the bread and processed foods creep back over the past few years. So I'm back on the P1 as of tomorrow as I'm sick of feeling fat and wobbly!
So whipping up some egg muffins tonight for breakfast then doing a fresh shop. As I've got hubby & 2 small children to think about I 'm not following the meal plans in the books - simply adjusting the normal family meals to suit me. My problem is snacking at night so stocking up on plenty of celery and blue cheese to get me through the nibbles! I also bought myself Zumba for the Wii to help up the excersize.
