Breakfast: Ricotta waffles w/ SF syrup; 1 c 1% milk; 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins Snack: V8 Lunch: Spinach Salad with 2 slices turkey bacon (crumbled) and NF Feta Cheese Snack: Apple with peanut butter Dinner: Chicken strips with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing Snack: Popcorn (100 calorie pack) and Diet Root Beer |
Wednesday, Phase 2
B: atkins shake S: none L: black bean soup S: none D: lettuce wrapped turkey burger S: blueberries & cottage cheese w vanilla extract I did NOT plan ahead for today, and now I'm stuck at work with no snacks and only an emergency instant black bean soup cup (normally a snack item for me). I am really regretting not having my act together more last night and this morning. Planning is the key! |

Breakfast: 1 egg; 1 slice turkey bacon, Grapefruit, 1 slice WW toast, V8, 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins Lunch: Salad with lots of veggies, leftover chicken strips, 2% cheese, and ranch dressing Dinner: Salad w/ lots of veggies, turkey pepperoni and Italian dressing; 1 slice of WW Pizza w/ Turkey Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Olives; Diet Coke Desert: SB Friendly Chocolate Peanut Butter “Ice Cream” Snack: Popcorn (100 calorie pack) and Diet Root Beer |
Was originally going to have blueberry cheesecake smoothie as evening snack, used some frozen blueberries I've had for a while... had a few sips and it just did not taste right...
Proud to say that instead of turning to other frozen sweet treats I made a salad! Mixed spring greens, tomato, red onion, garbanzos, cilantro, evoo and white vinegar dressing. Yum! |
Phase II - weight up a tad to 181 - probably salt in the buffet lunch yesterday. I stuck with salad and meat but the meat was a sort of chicken Kiev and was probably well salted!

Breakfast: Ricotta waffles w/ SF syrup; 1 c 1% milk; 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins Snack: V8 Lunch: 15 bean soup and carrots Snack: Apple with peanut butter Dinner: Steak, broccoli salad, tossed green salad with healthy ranch dressing, ½ ear corn Snack: NSA Fudgesicle Went to a dinner party (BBQ) at a friend's home and was pretty happy with how I did... We brought the salads, so they were totally OP, and I passed on the potatoes, garlic bread and brownies. :carrot: I really didn't trust myself with just a bite of any of those things. |
