Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself! I am another newbie. My dh and I started SB this past Wednesday, so we are on day 3!
I have about 20lbs to lose and really want to make sure I am keeping a healthy lifestyle, and my dh has about 80 lbs to lose and a few health concerns to go along with it.
I have been lurking for a couple of days and just wanted to say hi!
