Hello Everyone! I was recommended to this website from a friend who I know from ************. I'm not new to the SBD, but I'm finally read to follow it to a T. I'm going grocery this weekend and starting Phase 1 Sunday. I've been working this week to cut out some fruits and things I know I can't eat in Phase 1 so it's not such a shock and doing well. But I also know that when I get bored, I eat bad stuff (bored as in bored with the same foods).
I'd love to hear what people enjoyed on Phase 1 to get some more ideas. I have the list of what I can eat and such but it's just a bit overwhelming that I think it scared the hamster off the wheel.....
