. Last Monday I would have said I reached my goal of losing 7 lbs during March, but then last Tuesday we ate out and for the first time since starting SB, I had a ww pancake with sf syrup as part of my breakfast. Wednesday morning I was two lbs heavier
and this morning I weighed four times and each time it was different.....two below my goal and two above.........so who knows? I probably did but can't say for sure.
My weight this morning 4/1 was below my goal of losing 7 lbs for March so guess I'll claim it.
