Hi everyone. I have lurked on the site for quite some time. I was a "regular" reader and occasional poster last year and just kinda fazed myself out, I guess. I have always loved poking around all the site. In the past I have been tried all sorts of different "diets" but fell in love with South Beach since i began a few years back and always felt the basic principles were right for me.
Just wanted to say "hi". I am looking forward to coming out of the read only status i have been and posting and contributing something!
This is a great site and you guys are amazing with some great support, recipes and ideas!
