I made some egg white "rolls" the other day. I can't remember where I found the recipe...but it was egg white mixed with cream of tartar...beaten until stiff....then fold in a mixture of the yolks and ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese....blob on a cookie sheet and bake. They took the place of rolls for dinner
What can I say...my family ate them, so I guess they weren't too bad.
ha! sorry, i forget sometimes that not everyone speaks my lingo. egg white puff = 2 egg white, beaten in a bowl, microwaved for 30 seconds - 1 minute, then plopped out on a plate and topped with hot sauce. basically microwaved scrambled eggs....which actually don't taste bad and doesn't dirty a pan.
chia fresca is a liquid (i usually use brewed, iced white or green tea) mixed with chia seeds. I threw some strawberries in mine yesterday. there is a thread somewhere relatively recent about chia seeds.
