Monday was my day 1 on phase 1 and I did so well. Yesterday Aunt Flow came to visit and I kind of cheated a little bit. I feel bad, so bad. I ate a Kellogs Cereal 90 calorie bar. I did great all day and went to bed but woke up shaking, my sugar must have plunged and I was having a bad sugar attack. I should have had cheese or something but when I opened the fridge a fly came flying out and I wanted to throw up! My two year old opens and closes the fridge constantly and a fly must have gotten in. (In New York we never had fly's like this so I'm not used to it) Anyway it grossed me out so much I closed the fridge and went into the pantry, big mistake!
Anyway today I promise to be good! I have my week planned out and I am ready to go.
What do you guys do if your sugar falls? Sometimes when I work out I get this way too.
