I went through P1 a couple of months ago, and was really pleased with the results, but then crashed transitioning to P2 so I AM BACK and restarting p1 today! The first time, I found the first 2-3 days rough, but then it wasn't too bad after that, and it really did knock out the carb cravings (I have a serious sweet tooth and love baked goods and ice cream
