Phase 2 day 2...
B- eggs and skim milk L- crockpot chicken, green beans and 2 servings of v8 (low sodium) S- lean pork, slaw(homeade) and another 2 servings of v8 S- 2 tbls peanut butter, another skim milk, blackberries |
Phase 2:
B- cottage cheese, with cherry sf yogurt and fiber 1 s- one minute "muffin" , skinny cinnamon dolce L- some thing small as it's already 4:30 and I'm still having the latte- woke up really late. Maybe v8 and a cheesestring S- souvlaki and salad D- likely a vanilla ricotta creme Christian, I notice you really love v-8. Have you ever tried it with a sprinkle of pepper, and/or celery seed? It totally kicks it up for a nice change- tastes a bit like a caesar. |
B-Yogurt w/clite, ham lettuce and cheese roll ups
S-Cashews L-Celery and peanut butter with cheese string S-n'a (stuck at work AGAIN) D-Meatballs (I only ate meatballs, while my parents had pasta with thiers), green beans and salad S-Pepperoni chips (Soooooooooooo good...... gotta try these with some sorta lf, lc, nsa dip) =) ~River total 10 pounds lost so far :carrot: ***Edited to add: I never remember to add it in but I always also have a glass of skim milk with dinner (LOVE IT, always have, always will!!!) |
