Phase 2

B - steel cut oats, splenda, milk, hot tea, v8
S - red pepper strips and hummus
L - chili, cucumber salad, sf jello
S - apple and peanut butter
D - chicken stir fry and a milky beverage

I'm hoping the rain will clear so I can walk. If not I'll treadmill and use my wii fit.

B-rolled omlette
S-nf greek yogurt
L-(carreened off plan) japanese lunch with tofu and veggie tempura, brown rice, miso soup and salad with carrot dressing
S-wine, corn nuts and pork rinds (just being honest about it)
D-chicken breast baked with a strip of bacon wrapped around, salad (refocusing)

Phase 1.5 - here we go again!

B-1 egg over easy, 1 slice turkey bacon, whole grain cereal, NF milk
L-big salad w/lots of veggies, salmon
S-LF greek yogurt
D-not sure, we're eating out.

attempting to do a phase "1.5" instead of going straight to phase 2... still limiting my carbs, fruits, and wine but hoping for some results! trying to add more veggies too!

P1.5
B: black tea, 1 egg, 1/4 C egg whites, 1/4 C black refried beans, chopped onions & bell peppers
S: celery w/laughing cow
L: tuna melt on ww english muffin, side salad w/carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts
S: Granny smith apple w/ 1 TBSP natural PB
D: Hopefully something healthy before I go to a wine/cheese reception for my new law school tonight... :o

Exercise: Just cardio today... 30 mins 5% and 10% 4.0mph walking on treadmill

l 3oz deli turkey breast rolled in lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, spicy slaw
d leftover egg bake-eggs, brocolli, onion, peppers
s whole cucumber with ff italian dressing, celery with laughing cow cheese, sf jello

exercise 40 min aerobic/light weights

Phase 2
B- Black tea, 1 egg, 1 veggie sausage, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1/2 c. pinto beans
L - Tuna on whole wheat pita w/ melted cheese... Cabbage/carrot salad
S- 1 oz mixed nuts & a mandarin orange
D- Brown rice sushi, spinach salad with homemade sesame/soy vinaigrette, probably something else but don't know yet...
S/D- 1 c. NF Greek yogurt + 1/2 c. wild blueberries

30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus strength training and aerobics, 10 minutes on The Bike

S-strawberries (unplanned, but was at a reception and that's the only thing to eat that wasn't a pastry. I'm just glad I didn't stuff my face with brownies!)
L-chicken chili, black beans, sprinkle of LF cheese

D-pork tenderloin, smashed cauliflower, green beans

Phase 1.5, eating several small meals because my stomach is a bit off

B: scoop of chick pea salad with lots of celery
S: rainbow raita
L: broccoli, white bean & cheddar soup
S: vegetable soup
D: I'm trying this pizza crust recipe to make a roasted veggie pizza, sauteed bok choi on the side
S: blueberry mock snack cake

exercise: 60m walk, 30m Wii Fit (I'm sure it has plenty to say about how long I've been away!)

B- Coffee with "nonfat" milk (AT COFFEE SHOP - IT SAID NONFAT BUT LOOKED LIKE HALF AND HALF TO ME!! :yikes:) 1 egg, 1 veggie sausage, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1/2 c. pinto beans
L - Tuna on whole wheat pita w/ melted cheese, cabbage salad
S- 1 oz mixed nuts & a mandarin orange
D- Don't know yet, but I'm going to a barbecue so I have to think of something to bring ... portabella or tofu and some veggies (red pepper, zucchini, onion) to grill, spinach salad with homemade sesame/soy vinaigrette
S/D- 1 c. NF Greek yogurt + 1/2 c. wild blueberries

Cyndi, I'll have to try that pizza crust recipe, it sounds pretty good.
I've been doing well, staying OP, although it seems I'm hungry all the time. It may be due to the allergy pills I'm taking, I'm not sure, but I have to blame it something, lol!

Phase 2 today

B. 2 slices ww French toast w/sliced banana, pecans & SF syrup
S. Light & Fit yogurt
L. salad topped with a little fake sloppy joe mix
D. Chickpea & spinach ragout
S. mock blueberry, cranberry & apple snack cake

Exercise - plenty!

S: 100 cal walnuts & almonds and a berry Mashup
L: broccoli, white bean & cheddar soup, edamame
S: rainbow raita
D: either mock cornbread casserole or cranberry beans & veggie chorizo. Both are cooking - one for tonight and one for tomorrow :)

exercise - mini hike to hawk watch, 10m arms, 20m Wii Fit
