When I was doing Atkins whenever I ate Atkins bars I stopped losing weight. The sweetness triggered something in me, who knows what. You can always get some nuts or a string cheese to tide you over. In terms of a quick lunch, once you get to Phase 2 you can pack a whole wheat pita filled with lf turkey, lettuce and hummos. That would take you about as long to eat as a bar and be far more nutritious and long term satisfying.

yeah, i'm just gonna stay away from that stuff and stick with what I know works, and doesnt cause cravings! Thanks for all of the replies everyone :)
