The Three Fat Chicks on a Diet book is on at sale at amazon. Just thought I'd give you the heads up it's on bargain price for only $2.59 for the hardcover! It was written by the wonderful ladies who started this website.
A while back I leafed through this; it's a pretty good book and the chapter on South Beach is worth it for the price alone. I am grabbing up everything I can that talks about the South Beach Diet, to keep myself motivated and educated.
