Canned bean soups?
Does anyone know if canned bean soups are SB friendly? I am dying for some soup today and don't have too much in the house besides veggies and broth to make one from scratch. But, I do have 2 cans of Progresso Vegetable Classics soups. One is 99% fat free lentil and the other is hearty black bean. They both have modified food starch and sugar in their ingredients, but they are low on the ingredient lists. The lentil soup has 25 g of carb and 3 g fiber and 1.5 g fat and the black bean has 29 g of carb and 8 g of fiber and 1 g fat. Any opinions?
