I'd try another kind of fruit. Maybe apples or pears, since they have such good fiber? I found, coming off of Phase 1, that I have a very hard time fighting cravings if I have wheat at all, even whole wheat. I've replaced most of my grain servings with rice or oat-based dishes instead. Sometimes I do have some wheat, but always with lots and lots of protein because it doesn't seem as bad then.
