Default can I stay at phase 1 1/2 ... until

Well I have been doing great ..... and today I add some strawberries and since then I have been craving for carbs.... my question is I get a lot of veggies .... can I stay stay here for a while .

Or I should try tomorrow the strawberries to see if it was maybe mentally...

2 weeks is how long I plan to stay on 1.5, seems slow and steady.

You've just learned something important about your body, which is that strawberries set off a physical reaction that makes you want to eat more. So what that means is that you will have to be very careful with strawberries going forward in your life. Stop with the strawberries and try adding another fruit or complex carb, and I think this is very important - eat them with some protein and fat. It is never good to eat something like fruit without some protein or fat to slow the reaction down.

I'd try another kind of fruit. Maybe apples or pears, since they have such good fiber? I found, coming off of Phase 1, that I have a very hard time fighting cravings if I have wheat at all, even whole wheat. I've replaced most of my grain servings with rice or oat-based dishes instead. Sometimes I do have some wheat, but always with lots and lots of protein because it doesn't seem as bad then.

Skip strawberries then until you adjust more and just eat apples or blueberries.

I eat brown rice pasta. It is very tasty.
