Hi Everyone! My name is Tricia and I am starting phase 1 of the SBD tomorrow (jumping from WW to SBD). I am a little nervous because the recipes in the book are so involved and you seem to have to be constantly cooking/buying new things. I am more of a cook a few times a week and eat the leftovers until they are gone type of person. I am single so I don't need to cook much. Does anyone have any ideas on simple foods that I can make and have a few days in a row? Ive alreay prepared lean sirloin burgers and salad for work tomorrow. I am going to post my menu I have written out and if anyone could look it over and critique it I would really appreciate it!Breakfast- 2 eggs cooked in olive oil, green pepper, onion (sauteed); 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
Snack- FF yogurt; green pepper (1/2 cup)
Lunch- Grilled sirloin burger, salad with lemon juice dressing
Snack- 15 almonds; 1/2 cup cucumber
Dinner- Grilled chicken breast; 2 cups mashed cauliflower
Activity- 20 mins Zumba
