Wow your day one looks fantastic!!
I know not every one likes boiled eggs but I boil them 18 at a time and keep them in tupperware in the fridge. Then I eat them every morning. Fast and ready! Can you tell us more about yourself personally?? I would love to know! AJ |

I am also fairly new to SBD. I started 3 weeks ago. For the 1st 2 weeks, I did try and follow the menus in the book until I became more familiar with the food plan. My standbys for dinner are fish and chicken tenders (unbreaded of course). I also like the Ricotta desserts. I don't like to cook when I get home from work (empty nester, so I don't have to) so yesterday I made about a weeks worth of food. I prepared Thai Shrimp Soup and Creamy Chicken florentine Soup (both from the book), so my lunchs the week will be one soup one day, and the other soup the next with a salad. I prepared Taco bake and Italian Pie (from the recipe section of this forum) so I have 8 meals there. I also prepared a 3 bean salad. So,, I have enough food prepared that I can mix it up if I want to. My snacks are usually string cheese with a turkey slice or 2, hummus with celery, and my breakfast now that I've started Phase 2 is McCann's oatmeal with 7 walnuts and a splash of FF 1/2 N 1/2.
