B: Oatmeal with almond butter, V8
L: Salmon salad, carrots, RF cheese stick, Greek yogurt
D: Leftover taco bake with veggies
S: Mocha ricotta creme (Yum!)
I'm 1.5, as usual. No grains today but apples and winter squash.
Maybe I'll have some hommus and veggies if I feel like munching before supper.

treadmill and hopefully I'll get out on my snowshoes again if the wind dies down.
