    S - 1/2 apple with 1 teaspoon almond butter.

    S - almonds
    D - shrimp stir fry, milk

    B: Cinnamon omelet, V8
    S: Skinny hazelnut latte, Tbs. almond butter
    L: Salmon, RF cheese, large salad, prunes
    D: Chicken Parmesan with mushrooms, onions & peppers
    S: Tbs. Almond butter on WW bread
  • Phase 2

    B - quinoa with milk and splenda
    S - V8 and a RF cheese stick
    L - chicken stir fry
    S - yogurt
    D - turkey, sweet potato, steamed veggies, Italian creme soda for dessert
