Three Bean salad
 

Hi, can anyone point me in the direction of a three bean salad? I think I remember reaing about it in a recent post....

Bean salad was a staple for me on P1. I actually used this recipe as I like garbanzos.

I can say as well -

We went camping, and I brought everything for bean salad....except the oil. Well, I was lazy and on vacation, so I figured I'd make it without it and see what happened, using red wine vinegar as the vinegar.

It was delish! I was surprised...I actually preferred it without the greasy oil on my mouth. That's a great option if you've got other fats in your meal.
