Soy Question

  • I'm new to SBD and have a soy question.
    Can I still have my soy smoothie for breakfast on Phase 1?

    1 C homemade soy milk
    1T wheat germ
    1T ground flax seed
    2T hemp protein powder
    1 small banana
    blended in Magic Bullet, icky but I got used to it.

    Have you read the book? It is extremely important that you understand this plan, particularly with your medical problem.
  • Thanks, Ruth I will have to modify my soy milk and just use vanilla and 1 splenda, ok no banana for 10 days, that's doable too.
    I may have to get my green smoothie recipes out again then.
