I'm new to SBD and have a soy question.
Can I still have my soy smoothie for breakfast on Phase 1?
1 C homemade soy milk
1T wheat germ
1T ground flax seed
2T hemp protein powder
1 small banana
blended in Magic Bullet, icky but I got used to it.
