Cottage, raspberries and swimming - mmmmm! berry season here is very early because it gets hot so early on. By the end of May the wild blackberries are all gone!
Ruth, I imagine you are very excited to be seeing real progress on the addition! Soon the chaos will be a distant memory.
Debbie, it sure would be nice to need a coat around here right now. I don't think it's getting below 80 at night right now.
Chelby, yesterday sounds chaotic! I hope today is much calmer. Did Auston walk himself to class this morning? Last year (3rd grade) was the first year my son didn't want me to walk him in on the first day of school. I wasn't ready for that!
Cyndi, it's great that your mom is serving plenty of OP foods. It can be really difficult to stick to plan if your hosts don't understand your needs.
Barb, good luck with the blood draw today. My son is a BIG weenie when it comes to medical procedures of any type and blood draws make him very nervous.
Kim, hope you have a great day! Hopefully since you're busy the time will fly by!
Today I am back on P1 for a couple of days to get things straightened out after our Niagara trip. I did not foresee my food needs being so hard to meet, especially on the days we were flying. Every time we sat down for a meal, I made sure to order well, but dining was so expensive in Niagara Falls (DH had a cheeseburger and I had a chicken salad at TGI Friday's, we each had a diet soda, and our bill was $46CN!) so we had to go for cheaper options a time or two, and there are not a lot of SB-friendly choices at those places.
Today I'm returning DS's friend who spent the day/night with us, then taking DS to pick up his new glasses and a few things for school including T-shirts that are dress-code approved and a pair of tennis shoes. I love school shopping!
Hope everyone has a *wonderful* day!
