For some breakfast ideas....Try some nf Ricotta cheese or rf cottage cheese. Both add the calcuim you need, and don't have any prep time. Throw a 1/4 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa into the ricotta, and you have a yummy snack, too.
Anyone notice a lot of "vegetarian" dishes are REALLY BAD for you? A lot of pasta, oils, and processed foods. Guess that's why there's a lot of fat vegetarians, too. I was browsing a lot of websites to get some ideas for a vegetarian dinner, and there's hardly anything "healthy". Any suggestions there?
