***august Exercise***
Hey everyone, let's make August a great exercise month!
August goal: 1000 Minutes so far: 515 1 - REST 2 - REST 3 - 30 min. WATP DVD; 2 miles 4 - 45 min. walk/jog 5 - 45 min. bike intervals 6 7 8 9 - 60 min. walk/jog 10 - 60 min. Firm Hard Core Fusion DVD 11 - 60 min. walk/jog/sprint intervals 12 - 65 min. walk/jog/sprint intervals 13 14 15 - 90 min. swimming 16 17 - 40 min jog/sprint intervals 18 - 40 min jogging 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 |
August goal: 2000 (200 minutes weights, 400 minutes yoga)
Minutes so far: 2073 1 - 50 minute bird walk; 36 minute bike ride! 2 - 47 minute bike ride, 10 min crunches 3 - 45 minute walk 4 - 30 minute walk 5 - 85 minute walk (plus uncounted lawn mowing!) 6 7 - 75 minute walk 8 - 185 minute walk 9 - 125 minute walk 10 11 - 45 minute walk, 15 minutes crunches, arms, back 12 13 - 60 minute walk 14 - 185 minute walk 15 16 - 50 minute walk 17 - 115 minute walk 18 - 67 minute walk 19 - 40 minute walk 20 21 22 23 - 107 minutes walking 24 - 175 minute walk 25 - 210 minute walks, 120 minutes kayaking 26 driving day 27 - 60 minute walk 28 - 60 minute walk 29 30 - 70 minutes kayaking 31 |
I'm in, but won't be as stellar. I have an 8 day vacation in the middle of the month. LOL
August goal: 1500 Minutes so far: 270 1-30 min. dancing. 2 3-30 min. dancing before lunch, and 60 min. dancing before dinner. Total for day: 90 min. 4 5-30 min. dancing before lunch, and 30 min. dancing before dinner. Total for day: 60 min. 6-30 min. dancing before lunch, and 60 min. dancing before dinner. Total for day: 90 min. 7 8 Just too busy this month to come in and be faithful re posting. I am exercising, etc....but I'm buried catching up from vacation and getting my football pool ready. (I have to create spreadsheets for all 17 weeks of the season, with team match-ups. It will take hours and hours.) Perhaps September. :) Good luck, everyone! :) |
