Hello!
Back on the beach for me - I just feel soo much better when I am eating healthier.
I initially lost about 7 kgs on Phase I and Phase II, due to work overload in the past couple of months, I have gradually gained a couple of those back.
So I have taken a couple of weeks holidays and plan to kick start my healthy eating again. I dont think I will do Phase I again but will start with Phase II and just progress it very slowly.
So here is Day 1 of Phase II
