Phase II

  • Tomorrow I start phase II of SBD. I am excited. Phase I wasnt as bad as I expected to b honest. Having the ablility to snack helped me out. I did eat a little more sugar-free jello and nuts at times tho. Is there a trick or secret to phase II, or should I just introduce foods w/ each meal? What has worked and what advise do I need? Thanx again for all the support!!!!!
  • My advice is to check out the Emergency Handbook for Phase 2 (under South Beach Frequently Asked Questions stickie.) It helps a LOT!

    Definitely take it SLOW. And don't get discouraged. Everyone's bodies are different and will react differently, and it's not unusual to have your weight stall or even gain a little bit on Ph2 at first, until you figure out how your body is going to react.

    You can totally do it!
