    25- 60 minutes yoga Not Done, but did 30 minutes of power walk Leslie Sansone DVD 4 mile & 30 minute walk pushing stroller
    26- 60 minutes 4 mile leslie sansone DVD 30 of 60 minutes done
    27- 60 minutes power spinning Not done, out of town
    28- 45 minutes spin & sculpt Not done, out of town
    29- 60 minutes deep fit water areobics Done, plus 25 minutes ball DVD workout, 45 minutes strength training, 60 minutes WATP 4 mile
    30- 60 minutes spin & sculpt Not done But did 30 minutes of badminton
