Me too! I've already said a nice thing to myself and am about to file and put hardener on my nails. Two glasses of water are glugged and an OP day is planned. (I'll have to be very careful about the OP bit tomorrow though as I am meeting a friend for lunch.)
I'm in too. The water and the exercise are easy at this point but staying on plan means being good at my favorite lunch spot on the coast. I'll work on saying something nice too. Thanks for these daily pushes Little Chick.
Water is great - 80 oz + 30 oz herbal tea
Food was 90% good but the cheese at the restaurant was full fat and I wanted it
Exercise - just an hour walk at a mellow pace so far but I'm heading for the treadmill after dinner
Oh yeah - I did something nice for myself - I went to the ocean!

Did something nice for myself - dinner is a small steak, lobster (wooo hooo!!!!) and sauteed veggies.
Hit the gym today and did 80 minutes of weights and cardio...
this weekend was fun....lol and still managed to stay on plan...but it was hard. it is so much easier staying on plan at home. plus yesterday i didn't get my water in but i did make it to the gym plus took max for a really long walk
