8 lbs. is awesome Lyn! Good luck with those fudgesicles. They are so yummy, but I have a hard time stopping at 1.

Hey there,

I am still here, on day 10 I think. I am really bummed out because of some stuff going on with my husband's health, but I am eating ok. I dont really have cravings to speak of except that he has been sitting here eating chips and dip in front of me all day and sometimes I just want to take one and pop it in my mouth.

So far today:
Breakfast: chai tea with skim milk & 1 tsp agave nectar. half cup of low fat cottage cheese with cinnamon and 8 almonds in it. Green tea.
Lunch: starbucks tall skinny vanilla latte, small handful of cashews, one egg fried in Pam, one slice of deli ham with about an ounce of low fat cheese melted on it. Tablespoon of almond butter.
Snacks: A few smokehouse almonds, an ounce of regular sharp cheddar with half a dill pickle. The cheese isnt low fat but its my fave, my husband bought 2 lbs of it and has been eating it in front of me for days. So I let myself have one ounce, and I was ok with that.
Dinner: bowl of spaghetti squash with a bit of olive oil, 1/2 tsp butter, garlic salt, and parmesan.

I dont think I ate enough today, but I don't really care. Its so weird not to care about food. And I am in a bad mood, but not wanting to eat crap to soothe it. I was going to cook a chicken for dinner but all my kids got invited various places with friends so I put off the chicken til tomorrow. I probably need some protein... maybe I will have yogurt and nuts or some kind of meat.
