
I used to jog, but it started to hurt my knees
, so I'm just looking for some new ideas. I go for walks, but when my four-year-old is home, it's hard to do.I also live remotely, so going to the gym is not really an option. What are some of your ideas?



. I love the convenience of being able to get up, put on workout clothes and head to the basement (no trudging through snow, wind, rain, etc to get to the gym).
