The SB forum has great recipes. My BF and I started the diet together 5 weeks ago. I lost about 11 lb so far, he lost about 15 lb - 1 lb away from his goal weight. The recipes page has great ideas on more substantial meals. My favorite is the zucchini lasagna. My BF pairs the lasagna with a large salad and vegetable soup. I only have it with a small salad.
However, we over indulged for the last 2 days. It's hard to diet when we go out with friends a lot. So we are going back to Phase 1.5 (Phase 1 with 1 serving of fruit or carbs a day).
