Default New to SB-question phase 1

Are lion pork chops allowed...I have the book, under Foods to Enjoy I see pork, then listed under that, boiled ham, canandian bacon and tenderlion...stupid question, I know, but if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you

I may be wrong, and someone else can correct me, but I think a loin and a tenderloin are the same thing. I'd eat them.

Chelby,
That makes sense, I wasn't even thinking that way. Thank you. I'll check again before I make these for dinner.
Again, thank you

First of all, to The Beach.

Country person here: Loin and tenderloin really are not the same thing. However, most of us do eat pork loin, just well-trimmed. (I must add it to the list in the FAQ Section.
Here's a chart. http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/me...hotos/pork.pdf Canadian Bacon is actually boneless pork loinb that has been brined.

Edited to add: It is there. Please use the list in the FAQ Section. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=141376

Thank you. I just found your foods to enjoy and avoid. These chops are lean, so I will make them...but while I'm here, I'd like to ask another question.
I know or I swore I saw in the book that real mayo was allowed 1tbs.
Did I see that because I sure can't find it now.
The link you have in your doesn't come up for me :-(
Thank you so much for replying, it's appreciated.

When you live as long as I have, you have a brain crammed with stuff!
Full fat mayo is preferred - the LF and Miracle Whip are loaded with crud.

Sorry about the pork chart link - it's PDF and Australian. I'm sure you can get along without it unless you plan to get into hog-butchering!

And by the way, the only silly question is the one not asked.

Edited to Add: Join us on the new Phase I thread here.
See ya there.
