i am recommitting/ starting the 15ths lol. Today sucks, i have been trying to lose weight, and havent lost anything week.. even though i didnt go over my calories (well under actually) and have been doing cardio.. but i didint lose weight, but god forbid i falter once.. and eat a cheeseburger, andi am up 2lbs this morning.. WTF is wrong with my metabolism.. i feel like crying. Today is V-day, im going to dinner with my fiance and will eat what i want + dessert because well quite frankly i want to. I will recommit myself tommorrow though and really really try and eat as clean as possible and exercise everyday, at least an hour on my new bike no matter how bad my *** hurts from it.
