Default New here (not to SBD)
Hi everyone I'm Rebecca and I am pregnant with my 3rd child(almost 30 weeks) . I am doing SBD (doctor required) as a way of controlling my sugar. I am on Ph2 with extra dairy and grains, not trying to lose just watch my sugar. I was on SBD last year when not pregnant and did great on it.

I just found this forum and hope to get to know everyone here.

Hi! Congratulation on your pregnancy. I just had my third child in June. Now I am looking to lose all of the pregnancy weight.

Congrats on the pregnancy! SB is a great way to control excess weight gain and sugars during pregnancy. I just had my 2nd on Monday and did a modified SB the entire time.
